Shots were wayyy too long and your framerate was really damn low.
Frame rate was a 60 on fraps

You're supposed to lower down to 30 when you're recording.

Sir elliot is wrong, it's so obviously clear that the framerate isn't 60 during some of the shots that I don't understand how even you can say that it's 60.
You shouldn't film in 60 frames per second anyways, 30 is the standard for all films, computer animated or live action.
