A decent graphics card is like 50 bucks, so stop jewing about this, you need one. Also, it just plugs in, and you install drivers. Done.

I have to beg to differ on that Tibbles. My new card was a bitch to install, hell it needed a power source of it's own [which I had to get a split cord to do]. And the damn thing is still giving me problems.
Well the posing needs some works mainly the chest area and legs. Actaully The arms and head too. Also the face and finger posing are not being used whitch is BAD, Oh now i see geforce 6600. And is that garry's mod 9 or 8? The picture itself is kinda horrible concidering all these factors.
