Nice rain, though I would say there isn't enough splashes on the demo's shoulders.
Everything else looks alright.

This. Great job.
Not a bad rain attempt. Only thing I might have added was splashes on the ground. Nice jorb.
The splashes are a bit too large and "bulky" on the Engineers'/Medic's shoulders. Looks like the screenshot was taken right at the time a snowball or something of the like hit them in the back.
Other than that it looks pretty good, it's just that the splashes could've been done a little milder in my opinion.
