The posing was good, but the blood does not fit into the picture at all, especially the shot to the head.
The blood is what I don't like. The blood on the second one especially. Also in the second one you can see some pink. Also in the first one....why is he laying by a picture of 3 black people? Lol was he adopted, or what? But I sort of like it. Also you need AA

The blood is terrible, you'd be better off drawing it in by hand than using premade brushes. Seriously.
