I feel like the guy on the right in the first car isnt doing enough.

It's pretty good. I still don't like how the [del]black[/del] African-American's holding the shotgun. Even if he is about to aim it out the window, it's extremely difficult to distinguish that and the end result is very awkward.
The editing you did is fine. Things could be added, but what it's at now is fine.
Can't see any flaws, although i think it's as if you applied just a tiny tiny blur filter with super duper small radius?

Well, I did apply motion blur with a very very small radius to the cars, cause it looked a bit odd when it was supposed to be all going really fast, yet the cars and the people in them were perfectly clear.
Black guy is holding that shotgun like a pussy.
