You may have wanted to choose an angle that didn't show the horrid stretching in his armpit.
Is he firing on one knee or running?
Posing is okay but not without its errors. Muzzleflash isn't too bad especially for your first try. The angle the shells are ejecting at is illogical. That guy doesn't look like a PMC to me... unless we're talking fictional, ultra-advanced, [i]Metal Gear Solid[/i]-style PMCs.

Anyways, it's good other than the stretching, could do with a bit more editing though.
