It's not the song so much as the game it was set to. When we all first heard it at the end of the game, it was the icing on a cynically charming deadpan [b]cake[/b] [sp]no portal pun intended :downs:[/sp] . Portal is, and always will be, a centerpiece of internet culture, if nothing else for the memes it started.
Basically, you know how 70's and 80's babies get hard-ons for transformers and other 80's pop culture bullshit?
