You gotta up your graphics, do not use sparse empty maps unless you are scenebuilding, work on posing, legs seem ok but those arms need improvement maybe the model doesn't have great flexibility, so use one that does. Oh and he doesn't have eye textures, you must improve, seriously did you even think about that before you posted?
