Still haven't gotten the spec maps properly working on this "Lament Configuration" model, but felt like making a picture with it anyway. This character is pretty much the closest thing to a Cenobite that's currently available in Gmod, so I used her.

you should have put a couple of spikes in her head or something. if there's an inch of skin on a cenobite that doesn't have hot wax and a nail in it, it isn't a cenobite.

Lichthammer or whateverthefuck her name is from Jericho would make a good Cenobite with the flayed and stretched skin. Prolly helps that she's from a Clive Barker game too :v:
