Seriously, stop being so mean. You sound like you'd be nine-year-olds or something. You might think that's funny, but I bet it isn't for the OP.
Okay here comes some C&C: The posing in the first pic is indeed pretty bad. Scout's arm is clipping into his stomach and he isn't holding the portal gun. The lack of faceposing makes him look lifeless. Angle doesn't help, as it leaves some empty space, and the picture is empty. Also, nex time remove that server ad thingy, if you can.
The second pic is quite a lot better. The angle is pretty decent and especially the use of DoF makes it look good. The idea isn't very original though, and you shouldn't use that cartoony muzzleflash effect prop in the future. Heavy's right arm is also weirdly posed, looks like he broke it or something.
Note those things and you'll get better. Also, if you want to get some fancy lighting into your pics, use the lamp tool, as they cast dynamic shadows (Which have grainy edges when you look up close though). Zooming in with the camera tool also improves the camera angle (Hold right mouse button and move the mouse to rotate and zoom in/out).
There's also this thing called prop posing which can help you pose stiff ragdolls like the TF2 ones. Weld a small prop to a limb and then move the prop instead of the limb.
Why wasting so much time on giving a guy that may stops posing in 2-3 weeks constructive critism?
