It's rather, ehm... interesting. Your plot is certainly unique; I've not seen a serious attempt at a crossover of Half-Life 2 and space opera. But, although most of them were from Half-Life 2 (with the exception of one), the characters seem to give off this Mary Sue-ish vibe that unsettles me. Posing could use some work, although I'm certainly [I]not[/I] insulting you on that (I can't pose exceptionally well, myself; you're doing better than me).
Aside from the prior, there's a few spelling errors, etc. Overall, it's [B]OK[/B] but nothing extravagant.
you should make it smaller so it would fit here it's too big or try using comic life it's easy for making comics like this:D

I'm not offended, but I don't see how my characters are Mary Sue-ish. Can you give me some examples? Reason I ask is because I have most of the plot already planned and if I need to make changes, I'd like to do it before I start on #2.
