What is wrong with light on this dude and and why he doesn't have shadows from lamps ?
probably a $selfillum shader problem on the model, and the lack of dynamic shadows can be fixed by compiling the model with $opaque enabled in the QC

$selfillum # is a piece of code in the .VMT file of a texture of a model. it makes the texture disregard shadows, lighting and so on because the texture itself glows
$opaque is a code that you put in mdldecompiler.qc, a text file that defines the properties of a model so it can be compiled for GMod/HL2/Source engine use
