Need to make a cool warp drive effect for a machinima please help!!

I don't know if you have ever played on the SSB final destination map fro gmod, but there is a part on it where its like warp drive. I know its not an effect. I talked to the creator of the map several times and he basically gave me a prefab of what he did. [url]http://www.filefront.com/17805379/warp_ex.vmf[/url] im not sure if it still up or not. But since I am still a newb at hammer editor im looking at it going wtf?!? so if it is down ill just tell you kinda what it is, its two diamond shape things inside each other that spin around with the nodraw texture on them. so if anyone could please elaborate I would love you.
