Soldier should be without the mask if he is city guard/palace guard or without helmet if he is one of those zealots.
Otherwise spot on.
overall the posing is shoddy, i see some major clipping on the nearmost soldier and you didn't isolate before shading

Poseing : the steps were too large and i didnt have the toe editor , was near impossible to get them look this good , the one in the back i guess i couldve probably repalced with something with better ragdoll physics ...other then that i dont really see what i did wrong with the poseing .
The one one the soldier i did not notice unless your reffering to the sword THROUGH pouch bit , that is more or less intentionall
and im affraid i have no idea what you mean by that last one

Most right side soldier has thumb coming through his sword handle
What's going on in the bottom right? Is that supposed to be smoke?
