The rain splashes on the people look a bit MSPaint, but the overall effect is rather nice.
I just got a white brush and dotted it over it. I really didn't know how to exactly do it.
Firs of all, the rain is not that pronounced, you can barely see rain most of the times, remember to blur it(also adding radial motion blur gives a nice "wind" effect to rain), splashes are too much dot-ish and white, your rain looks like spiked shadows on the ground because its all clusterfucked in places, it needs to be more expanded(Not in size but in quantity), your rain is also too big and it lacks depth, when making rain remember to do several layers of rain(most of the time its just three, one big, medium and small).

How do you do the splashes of water?
dots on the outlines of the people (very few mind you), gaussian blur
that's how I did it. Didn't come out the way I wanted it
rain splash looks too sharp and lacks depth
posing kinda awkward too
And dont forget the graphics, they need to be maxed.
Ithought they were max.. either way, I got a new graphics card yesterday, so I'll make a new pose.
Going crazy with the contrast/brightness(Putting too low/too high) can also fuck your AA and stuff, making your graphics look bad, so watch out with that.
