I'm sensing some toytown. First rule about toytown: don't.
Also, the blur on your SDoF is way too high. Try to keep the primary point of interest sharp while making the secondary one only slightly blurred. After that, blur it to hell. Nothing is signifying the guy with the briefcase as a robber, really. Sure he has the dino mask, but that's about it. The posing on the pursuers is strange. When you're chasing someone you don't run parallel to them, you run [I]at[/I] them, because, you know, you're trying to catch him.

Not a good gmoder yet so I won't criticise your screenshot technically speaking. But as for the posing, when you are running, you don't have your arm and foot moving at the same time on the same side. I mean that if you have your left foot up in front of you that means that it should be your right arm up in front. Sorry if I am not very clear, English is definitely not my native language.
maybe add some motion blur so they're actually running
