No. They imitate the sound a person makes when calling for help. Like a Parrot. They can imitate speech, and the Mockingbird mimics other Bird's calls. So, since scientists say Dinosaurs evolved into birds/birds are descended from Dinosaurs, and since these raptors are intelligent, why can't they mimic human speech? In the Jurassic Park Movies, the Alan Grant character went so far as to mimic the Raptors themselves using a sound chamber from a Velociraptor. Like I did for the description, the raptor called out "HELP" in a deep throated voice. Most likely it sounds garbled, but would easily sound like "HELP" to any other human. Thus leading them to investigate the sound, and falling right into a trap. Dumb fanfiction? No. Treating Raptors as if they are intelligent as hell and could probably rape an entire facility of people singlehandedly using its higher biologically enhanced intellect? Yes.

Yes.[/QUOTE] You're using a tiny and insignificant amount of scientific knowledge that extends as far as "birds are dinos" and using the a greatly scientifically inaccurate series of films to back up your fantastical ideas.

Its called imagination. Does it need to make as much sense? No. And its NOT a fanfiction, I wrote that after taking a look at my finished picture and thinking,"It needs a story". GMOD is all about imagination. People can have Gordon Freeman facing off against Xenomorphs, Samus can take on Master Chief or rape him for all I care, some people do scenebuilds, that take a godawful long time to make, and wind up looking amazing, and it makes those people feel awesome that they accomplished that. Yet, I come out and say my raptors imitate one human word to draw people to their death, and it gets labeled "fanfic" or it doesn't make sense? wtf? Gmod does not need to make sense. Hell, Half-Life doesn't have to make sense, it could be your generic shooter/puzzler to some, but to many people here its a goddamn masterpiece. Valve, and Gabe, had to have a powerful imagination to come up with the Half-Life universe, and Garry had to have a great imagination and patience to make any of these screenshots possible. Now, I may not have a great understanding of photoshop, editing images, and art like you do, nor do I have the most advanced PC in the world like some, but I make do with what I got. You say AA, I say no. Why? Because I've tried. I talked with many people from other forums and places, asking how I can better improve my images and push my PC to the limit, just so you guys can say "that looks great". I do poses and pictures for my own personal enjoyment. And I will continue to do so. I take criticism, but when I get the same criticism from the same people in every thread I made about my graphics, then I'm not going to take it. So there.

Pictures cant create a good atmosphere if they are low-res. Storys wont help.

Unfortunately I can't do anything about low res stuff. Thats not within my power to change or improve, as I have tried countless times. It also usually depends on the map, but I think the Dinosaurs are high res enough, at elast theya re better then the old dinosaurs pack. And HL citizens have always been low res, along with the baby, the kid model, and the brushes.
