Muzzleflash is pretty bad and it looks like you went crazy with the dodge tool on the pistol because the colours have fucked up a little.
Don't try so hard with the editing without having the posing down first. Go and make a really interesting and well-posed picture with lots of ragdolls; your editing isn't good enough to pull of a generic, single ragdoll picture like this.

I agree, out of others I have seen, the muzzle flash could have been a lot worse.
What game is that model from?
