So I finally got this done, although I'm not entirely happy with it: Original I can provide a version without the vignetting if you prefer; I'm not sure if it's any good. C&C por favour. PS. Based/inspired by this:
I like it.
He seems eerily calm for getting shot twice.
Very cool idea.
He seems eerily calm for getting shot twice.
Adrenaline + lack of faceposing = no emotions.

I couldn't agree more. He must be using Drugs. Yeah the guy is a bit emotioneless but it's not your fault. Maybe you could have edited the faces a little bit. But you're making a good job as always.
Ketchup Kevlar. I love the muzzleflash, smoke.
I agree about the blank face but with no faceposing there isn't really much you can do. Love the blood impact wound, camera angle is very nice... Not much wrong really
The guy in the video that could actually get his gun out seemed to be fairly calm about getting shot.
Didn't it occur to you guys that they dude might have been shot exactly at this moment? You don't react INSTANTLY to bullet wounds, maybe a half second or a second afterward.
The guy in the video that could actually get his gun out seemed to be fairly calm about getting shot.
Exactly why the lack of faceposing doesn't really matter much in this picture. The guy knew he was going to die, and that's damn well better than a life in prison. Also, he's a big guy so the force of a 9mm doesn't knock him down so well and when the adrenaline is pumping, pain seems to be non-existent.
Neat work. Don't know how the hell you manage the bullet impact on the shoulders. It is very well done. Art it is. I however doubt professionals would shoot a gun like that. So I guess they aren't professionals:smile:
First thing tat came to mind was Heat, really. Anywho, great work nonetheless
Nice. It doesn't even look like BigCity with that tree and cars.
Hm, it doesn't look like you put as much effort into this one than your usual pics. The smoke from the pistol, like I said earlier, could use more definition. It seems like you skimped on a lot of the shading (especially on the guy to the left. It doesn't look like you even added any shading to him whatsoever) The bulletholes on the car also look rather out of place. As I said before you should have shaded them to give them depth. and the glass impact would have looked better if it spread across the entire window. Blood impacts look rather good though, and the texturing is very well done. (One last thing, when vignetting, try to make sure the transition from light to dark is as even as possible. The gradient tool works well for this.)
your never pleased with any of your work, it looks good although he is casually dying
When one is entirely/totally/completely (dunno what's the right word) pleased with his/her own work, he/she stops getting better. My mother has been telling this to me since I was 2.
I like the editing a lot.
I see why you don't like it, it's nothing like your best. Yet , it's pretty good.
I think it's pretty cool, but the posing is a little bland. Also I wanted to see Pelham 123 thanks for the spoilers >:c
What is going on??? George; harold! No!
some isolation errors around the pistol's trigger nice posing and shadows, and editing :)
Nice I like it.

I did all I could in my opinion considering how there is only one light-source and that's the sun. The textures don't have any folds in them or anything, so it's hard to see where to add more shading. Are you able to suggest anywhere that could use more shading/highlighting? The shading on the bullet holes just... didn't work. I didn't understand it. You see where the metal is kinda greyer on the lower half of the damage? Yeah that's kinda it. I kept trying to make the glass crack spread, but it looked crappy so in the end I left it how it is.
Also I wanted to see Pelham 123 thanks for the spoilers >:c
The un-named bad guys get shot by the good-guys? Omg spoiler!
some isolation errors around the pistol's trigger
I don't get where that came from, because I didn't isolate anything around the trigger guard. It looks like dodgy aliasing, but I'm not sure what caused that either. ------------------- Thanks for all the comments, guys!
yes, cooooooool

You can also use shading to accentuate the curves of a model, so on the sides of their torsos and legs. You could even make a shadow from the blood flying from him.
Nice editing, when I first saw it, it reminded me of Point Break
Reminds me of this, http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=jzxfjo7_rn0
Reminds me of this, http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=jzxfjo7_rn0
Way to look at the OP.
Way to look at the OP.
Oh shi- My bad, I never look at the videos because 90% of the time they are just music.
He seems eerily calm for getting shot twice.
Cause the dude JUST got shot.
