Muzzle flash is a bit big and doesn't look tf2-y, and the blood is too bright. Posing is good though and I like the angle.
Work on your blood
Blood itself is too far forward, blood is affected by lighting, i would suggest looking at images of blood in mid air to see how lighting would cause the blood to reflect or darken to blend.
