The contrast needs to be lowered and the AA turned up. Also, the posing does need some work.
Editing can make or break a pic, and this is why I always recommend working on posing and camerawork before moving on to editing.
First, the posing is very off. You should do a little research on exactly what he would look like like that. Also, look at it yourself and ask if it looks right to you. Would you be crouched like that? Because if you tried, you'd probably lose balance and fall over.
Practice some more; it's the only way to get better.
Crouching is a bit off.
