I agree with you that Facepunch is evil and overly dramatic; telling someone to kill themselves is clearly too far, even though I'm sure he didn't mean it. What we're trying to say is that this video is very much similar to many other videos the community has deemed unacceptably stupid and boring. It shares characteristics with videos the community has disapproved of, so generally people don't make or post them as such action is frowned upon. By posting this video, you've perhaps unintentionally placed yourself in a category of unsavory characters that get no respect, sympathy, or praise for their work here. I'm no expert, but that is what I've observed so far. This seems to be true for most forums in which users' works are shared and sampled by others, though DeviantART seems to stand as a single exception. I'm sure there's some long and complicated word for the syndrome those people have.
