Then I recomend NOT using more then 1.5 in blur..
I make my images with 0.2-0.5 which looks more realistic ^^
BUT!! Darn, I forgot to write about the picture itself..
It looks almost real some places, but it's way to blurry.
The camera angle is okay, but nothing to be alarmed about, it's "perfectly" straight, and a little boring. The whole picture is lifted by the clever editing, and the nice use of glow effects.
The improvements you can do, is to use less blur (0.2-0.5)

In this picture, you should have had blue-ish shadow
Wow. Reminds me of Killzone 2 in a way. I love the lighting man, and I think the blur is alright, adds good atmosphere to it.
