They made quite a few good things, but this song definitly sucks.

1) Anti-alias the fingers
2) Fix the shadows on the face by taking a screenshot of the model alone with a direct light source and then Photoshopping it into this.
3) Photoshop or repose the fingers to look non agonizing
4) Use SDOF not DOF
5) If you are trying to make a picture where a select person within a large group of people, have the non focal people facing more away from the camera.
6) Experiment with lighting to see how you can get more depth
