Her face looks a bit weird though, and I'm not too crazy about the red'ish color on the walls.
So for me, I'd say; better face posing for the female, and different color scheme. Perhaps a hint of the original colors instead of just black/white/red.

That's because of the alcohol. They were at a wild party, and the Metrocop stopped them for public intoxication. The man was so drunk, he fought back without much thought, killing the cop.
The faceposing on the woman is just... eugh. Also, it looks like her right hand isn't fingerposed at all, but it could just be the angle.
Otherwise, it's good. I've never been a huge fan of "artsy" pictures with 101 filters, but you get points from me just for using a Johnny Cash song as the title.
It doesn't really help that female_04 has some stiff as hell faceposing. The fact it looks like she's smiling all the time doesn't really help either.
