filesmelt freaks out sometimes but usually it's pretty solid, if you could give me a different host that's just as easy to use i'd gladly make the switch
Imgur? People complain about compression artifacts but I've yet to notice them. The interface is drag-and-drop, so you can't get much easier than that.
imgur converts to jpegs IIRC
