The US Army uses a uniform known as the Army Combat Uniform or ACU for short.
It usually has the universal camouflage pattern scheme the greens and greys.

The USMC wears uniforms known as MCCUU's or Marine Corp's combat utility uniform.
They currently have to variations for it woodland and desert.
There is urban and winter in the works though.
