Yes, this is why I rather suck at TF2 pictures. To be honest I don't think TF2 pictures really need any shading on the characters at all - simply contrast levels/curves changes. Any shading that is done should be very simple - like a big shadow being cast by a window or something. Otherwise it just looks out-of-place.

Really bad. Lots of empty space, Bad use of Softglow. But the posing's good. That's one thing that's ok, the editing's just a bit blergh.
