It's a sound pack. 213 new sounds for you guys to choose from, all army stuff. Ripped from RA1, Renegade, and RA:APB. Sounds for tanks, trucks, tracks, wheels, planes, jeeps, ships, subs, guns, rockets, explosions, gears, etc. If you have karb's excellent tank sound pack, it will merge the tank sounds with the directory for ease of use. The other folders are set up the same general way, with starts, motors, and stops, so it's pretty easy to use.

huh. No idea. I'm actually trying to get it to upload the updated pack. My connection is really slow, so filesmelt, gmod.org, etc., all time out. It should be up soon though.

nice but you have very lo-fi sounds in there.
avoid using 22050 sample rate at all cost, it produces low sound quality and often distorts the audio

i never said that anyone was flaming him. i was just saying its a kind of take it or leave it deal. he ripped a load of sounds and decided to share. its not a wip or a big pack hes still adding on. but yeah ok for future reference it can be good to know how he can improve.
I didn't notice that the sounds were "low quality" until you just stated it here. They sound perfectly fine to me. Either way, it's a diverse pack, and a super high quality sound doesn't matter if it's not a good match for the vehicle.
Also, I don't own battlefield or age of empires. I do own renegade. So...yeah. :frog:
