wow this is really nice, at the same time being pretty funny too
good job with the posing but foley looks like a retard because he has no eye posing (not your fault)
The effects and posing are great.
I dont think the speechbubbles are crappy, they look pretty cool.
Edit;
All in-game right?
All in-game right?
for the most part, yes. Very slightly coloring and sharpening. Otherwise it's all ingame.

I think the speech bubbles are awesome. Down with consumerism.
I really like it!
Looks really good.
I like this. I also think it's good you've stopped trolling the place.
Right?
Right? :frown:
Whather it's funny or artistic, I choose both.
By the way, where are you people getting these hand/fingerposeable zombies? Mine can't move their hands, nor their fingers.
These models arent faceposables, thats a shame sometimes.
By the way, where are you people getting these hand/fingerposeable zombies? Mine can't move their hands, nor their fingers.
I never posed their hands/fingers. The zombies default arm pose works excellent for just about everything as it is.
Oh, okay. Still, the hands on mine are locked into position :c
you could try replacing the .phy files. I replace all of my models' .phy ones with Ellis' .phy. Hell if I know if it works or not for those, but it does wonders for me on any other model out there. Makes posing a breeze.
Cheers, man :buddy:
Make a series. This is awesome!!! Should be in comics, though
Those bastards. The infected only wanted a... Wait. I can't say it, or I will never be able to play L4D with a clean conscience:crying:
Nice work all around. But the speech bubbles...
I actually thought the speech bubbles added to the feeling.
Awesome depth-of-field and lighting as usual. Sweet weapon models too.

I had to phong all of them up which is the biggest pain in the ass to do, especially since the models had pre-exsising stamped-in light on the base texture. Totally worth it, though.

Where is the M249 model originally from? I know that M4, it's quite recent I think, but I don't recognise the SAW.

The buttstock is GIANT, though.
God-damn tacticool kids and their lazors and rails.

Just make the VMTs transparent. Problem solved.
First I was going to hate on the word bubbles -- but looking at them they somehow work better than white fill-black borded traditional ones. Unique, even.
Then I saw those two shots of the guns firing. God damn that is just good gun-porn right there. Actually if you have the shot of the M4 firing in a bigger size I'd wanna use that as my desktop background.
It got more bad ass as I scrolled down the page. Nice.
How do make it look so real?
How do make it look so real?
80% of it is ingame. the other 20% is just to simply unsharp mask and raise the contrast. oh, and to use color (a concept that nobody here has attempted to learn despite me writing about the effects it adds to a picture. jerks.)
