delisle carbine, essentially an enfield converted to 45. with a built in suppressor, mind you, these were only used by British and commonwealth special forces, rarely used by the US
there is only one know place in the world where you can buy working replicas of this.. otherwise you'll have to find a weapon smith to make one for you
