Since the release of the novel "The Hunger Games" in 2008, it has become a worldwide phenomenon (not at big as Harry Potter, mind.), followed by two more novels and a film adaptation. I've been watching the film recently, and almost instantly thought: "What if a Hunger Games game mode was created for Garry's Mod?" .We're nowhere near the creation of said game mode for now, but I thought about making some Hunger Games inspired photos, with various characters being Tributes.
You may post your own Hunger Games photos, but there TWO rules you'll need to follow.
- You may ONLY use forest/woodland maps, but you MAY use scenebuilds if you want to, in order to create complex scenes like the Cornucopia Bloodbath.
- Weapons are limited to either melee or bows (No guns allowed!)
I have not created a single photo yet, because I currently don't have a forest map or any knowledge on scenebuilding, but I will be contributing to this thread.
[U][B]NOTE[/B][/U]: This thread is not created so that you can bitch about the series. If you don't like THG, then that's fine, just don't comment on this thread.
Also, on a side note, you may do non-action poses if you want, like Tributes training before the Games or poses when they're alone in the Arena.

A game mode would be cool. Everyone spawns near each other, 1 life, no hud, load of weapons in the center, secret areas around the map.
My poses will follow the books.

Rich people makes kids fight each other and then one person wins and then that person gets rich and laughs at poor people.
Then the main characters Katniss and Peeta are the last ones left and try to kill themselves but the rich people don't want that so they stop them at the last second and they both win.
THE END.
seriously though I never finished the third book because it sucked so hard.
Katniss becomes mom and is married to Peeta and all the rich people get ded and stuff and happens and rebels cause Gale.
I finished it and don't know how to explain it. but there are lizard people.
It started off great, and then the series just tanked, some how.
It's not even explainable how unsatisfactory the second, then third, book is.
I might look into doing something.
