Need someone to make a simple video with this image with after effect for a video i'm doin

I need someone to edit this image to do like if everything shaking(like a small erthquake) and then make the dead ringer shine. The idea is that the clock is hitted and then it occurs an error and the clock become crazy and it give super powers to the spy. The picture is after the clock is being hitted.
