The shadows are looking a bit flat here. They need higher saturation - try to avoid just painting your shadows in black or using the burn tool.
As mentioned above, the shadows look a tad off, both on the models and on the ground.
Also, does anyone notice the engi's left leg? :v:

Since you made the floor look a bit shiny, it would have been nice if you'd added a bit of a reflection of the characters in the floor, as well.
