Edit: thanks for the tips! Looking back the first version was totally...bleh. With new found understanding of lighting, color modification, and bloom I think I made this a lot better.
There's a fair bit of empty space. Not much seems to be happening. Also the pose on the SoB looks a little stiff to me
the lighting is really flat and the color palette is equally dull. try to get some contrast and variation in there
I went back and tried to fix a lot of the things that were mediocre about the original pic. Thanks once more for the suggestions. :)

Maybe fill it out with more SoB. I don't think one girl could take on an entire prison colony.
