And you can't pluralise a group of people. It's not "talibans". You don't say "chineses" do you?
Other than that, you should look at some reference pictures of rifle stances because that's not how you shoot a rifle.
Also, muzzleflashes aren't circular lightbulbs.

You really need to improve your understanding of anatomy too if you want to pose well - the way the guy on the left is shooting the pistol looks very uncomfortable.
