You see, the sniper tried to kill the heavy with a arrow trough his ear! But heavy caught the arrow before it hit him, heavy became angry and snapped the arrow in two!
Then heavy used his finger gun to shoot at the sniper which hits the bow and the bow goes in two parts and the sniper wonders what happened.
Does that make sense?

No he was trying to shoot the heavy but he heard the arrow coming.
