You need to stop dicking about with the contrast on the background layer, as I have told you a million times. It's horrible and has ruined any chance your picture had at decent lighting.
At least you tried to make the camera angle more interesting, but it leaves quite a lot of wasted space.
Posing isn't great.
Blood is decent, but the smoke from the wound is excessive (as I said in your last thread).
Nice try at making a muzzleflash from scratch, but it looks like a firework.
You need to stop trying so hard to edit, and just pose something that is actually [i]interesting[/i], instead of just a couple of ragdolls.
