Never use big city its blocky and un-detailed (this is from a screenshot maker and as a mapper)

The blur & the prop usage was good, also I personally liked the grain.
Contrast is ugly as Chesty already said, and I dont think GM_BigCity is a bad choise for map when taking screenies, it mostly depends on how you use it.

Multiply and Darken both add grain over white, this can be bad in alot of cases!
