He is the same one from the photo, and when you look at the photo, he jumps to the Pic, and when you look at the Avatar, he jumps out of the photo into the avatar.. creepy, right?

No, it's just a blandly posed metro cop that I duplicated and then tweaked a little and placed in the background.

while I was finger posing the one holding the gun's other hand I accidentaly clicked his hand that was holding the gun and screwed it up.
