The face posing on the 4th panel is awesome, but the muzzleflash on the next looks weird... there are some lines/beams/something coming from it.

not too bad. Just keep in mind the muzzle flash need to be where the gun is. It's not like his arm is moving faster than the muzzle flash does.

Also some blood on the wall behind would be a cool addition.
