When I add an overlay, say a light (As you may see in the picture) it sometimes comes with others, when I lower the brightness and add contrast, the little light balls can sometimes appear. Not much I can really do.

There's some better citizen models with bodygroups (Including the hostages clothes) that are higher resolution, and you can fingerpose/facepose them. That's my main criticism for the photo: you didn't touch the fingerposing on the man laying down, and the Cstrike hostages don't have faceposing I don't think.
