-and yeah,the lightning is bit overdone.
Too much contrast on the soldier and the sky is weirdly low-quality, but I love all the flying dust and rocks.
A bit to much contrast, but posing is tight and the flying rocks and debris are awesome.

Unoriginal.
Not only is this even worse than your other picture, but the dust and rocks people are lusting over are (I would assume) premade brush sets with some blur on them, i.e. something any idiot could do. They aren't even used well.
This is pretty much terrible and you should stop doing it.
