Isn't that a ceph from crysis 2?
Anyway, i loved that movie. [sp]was really sad when the kids dad died though[/sp]
Yes it is. Lack of models. And I was sad too.
...I've never noticed it before but....The Ceph look like a piece of crap in an armor...
Just like Mr. Hankey, the Christmas poo from South Park...eh..

:colbert: You clearly didn't understand the movie at all.
what's there to understand, anyway? it was mindless, pro-america bullshit.
Alyx looks out of place in the pose.

If you are in a country's military what are you fighting for?
In a Marine's perspective, it was such a moto boner. Haha. So many Marine inside jokes. And I still don't understand the "pro-america bullshit" you're referring to.
If you are in a country's military what are you fighting for?
the movie was still filled with clichés and awkward acting, aside from the whole america bullshit part.
Still straying from my question.
If they were in the USMC what would they fight for; just because?
A family to go back to might be a motive.

But that barely changes anything.

Again, which "america" thing are you talking about? The whole movie was about Los Angeles, which, yes.. is a city in the US, but there was nothing political about the movie. Also, a lot of the "cliches" about the military you're referring to happen to be quite true.
I saw absolutely no pro-America BS in it at all. I saw a lot of pro-Marines stuff but not US.
The movie sucks, but not because it's pro-(smth).
The aliens looked like as they were desined to be easily kicked by the humans.
I liked the first 25-30 minutes, but then those marine guys were simply killing the aliens like kitties. This was just silly.
Yeah. I liked it just because I got see almost non-stop explosions and shit for a couple of hours. Everything else was just tolerable.
what are you talking about?
it was riddled with awkward moments filled with "omg we are dying no one can help us!! but then suddenly omg ONLY WEAKNESS AMERICA CAN CONQUER FUCK YEAH"

of couse they're fighting for america, i just expected something else for a change.
If we had some decent models of the aliens, then those could've been used.

You're dumb.
Wow. This is a strong argument

How can you? Ever since the writers strike, Hollywood has found out that you don't need original writing or new stories to make money. Just cryptic trailers, explosions and Michelle Rodriguez.
Anyway, we're not turning this thread into a political debate. Just edit the picture or comment on how crappy or good the posing is.

To be honest While Battle: LA wasn't a deep flick by any means it was still a pretty great popcorn and turn of mind movie.
Would have maybe just been better to use FEAR Stokes as opposed to Alyx's head in the picture. Or slightly edit the colour tone. The head just looks far too big and colour off place.

Thanks.
The car dosen't look good in the picture, And in the picture the US Marines have futuristic weapon and Alyx has a SCAR.
ok bitches
battle:la was DESIGNED not to have a real plot
it was DESIGNED to be a moto-boner for the marines
it WAS designed to be USA USA USA
it was DESIGNED
to give me
an erection
at night.
It was explosions everywhere and a good occasion for me to sit down and unplug my neural system. Fair enough to me.

funny, I don't remember that scene in the movie at all..., calm down it's just a movie, but at the same time I'm not sure what you expected going to see a movie that was made by the US Marines...
I will agree with you though, that it would be cool to see a movie that showed an international fight against an alien invasion, but at the same time that would be a lot to compress into a 2 hours, it would have to be like a TV series or something.
anyway, enough of that
Looks good, now you've got to do one of the Ssgt stabbing the damn thing for 20 minutes while everyone else just kinda stares awkwardly
Absolutely loved the movie though, cool pose it's a shame the tie in game was so horrible would've been nice to have some models form the movie, only issue I see is their weapons, I would've just given everyone modern weapons, but that's probably because I hate that crysis 2 rifle, and the angle is a little uninteresting, but it's a solid pose, so I like it.
