The posing was pretty good, try using cameras for shot angle consistency. Are you going to have any animation in it or is it all stop motion? Ambulance music didn't suit very well.
Great first gmod video! I like Medic but I was hoping I'd get to see him somewhere in the video. The stop-motion is nice as well, better than my first stop motion.
Two things that bothered me; the birds seemed to know when the cameras switched thus using them as their cue to chirp; I had to turn the volume down. The other is that Medic's ambulance doesn't use an engine! (at least, there wasn't any sound from it to indicate that it did). Half Life 2's source has some engine sounds.
