He looks really... dumb. I hate that skull-balaclava thing and the glasses.
The flare doesn't seem to be giving off any light and the smoke looks very 2D.
"Ghost" doesn't seem very urgent or interested in what's going on. Looks like somebody said "yo Ghost, hold this a sec will ya?".
