Region, for future reference: If you don't think it's worth posting, then don't do it. Take a look at some [url=http://www.youtube.com/results?search_query=how+to+pose+ragdolls+in+gmod&aq=0&oq=how+to+pose+ra]Youtube videos[/url] to learn how to pose ragdolls and such. Take a look at [url=http://www.facepunch.com/threads/1065743-Screenshots-Rules-and-Resources-READ-THIS!-Update-Sex-poses-are-no-longer-allowed]this[/url] to see some tips for editing and the like.
If you have trouble with some poses, I find it helpful to try to make the pose in real life, and see what it looks like from my perspective. And last of all, keep practicing. You won't get better if you don't.
