Too bad the texture is fullbright.
I don't know why people are putting down the brightness. I personally think it looks rather good; conveys a sense of peace, happiness and serenity, which are generally qualities nature evokes in humans.
What I might have done differently is use depth of field subtly, setting the focus on the man and tree. Possibly a small quantity of smoke from the cigarette as well. But those are minor points.
The pose looks relaxed, natural, and the camera is well placed.
An overall excellent pic.

I usually love intense, saturated colors, but this...could be turned down juuuuuuust a notch.

The cartoon color makes it a bit ugly.
