Picture Editor Required for text insertion

I need someone to work some text into the image below:

By the way, this is for a machinima I'm making, and the picture editor will be credited in the machinima as 'Assistant Editor'.

Its pretty damn simple. Just do what the picture says and make it a bit transparent and a bit less-colored and you're done.
