Bad graphics, empty picture, ingame blood, horrible posing, no or little AA.

Keep practicing. Most of the ragdolls look they were thrown down randomly. The camera angles leave a lot of wasted space.
Think about how you would be positioned in such a situation, and recreate that pose. Don't guess.

Looks bad right now, but I think you can pick your posing up to make it better.

the guy getting dragged with all the blood, seems kinda out of place it seems like no one even notices him but the guy dragging him
the only explanation I can think of is that his weapon malfunctioned and he shot him self and the rest of them don't care cause he talking way to much on the way to their post
